okay brace yourselves, it's time for another sporadic entry.
well, nothing much has changed since the last post.
but the key highlight would be my-brother-from-another-mother's 21st birthday, happy birthday eugene. ahahah. went to crystal jade in taka to celebrate with his family and grace (apparently there's like 5 crystal jades in taka alone), more precisely, the la mien and xiaolongbao one. the food, as you may have guessed, was friggin awesome. hahah..
aaaaaaaaand training has begun. still tough, still trying to get my super unfit self to get used to it. we've got :
Monday - Gym + Cardio (run, 4.8km)
Tuesday - Fieldwork + Interval training
Wednesday - Gym + Cardio (run, 4.8km)
Thursday - Fieldwork + Interval training
no joke i tell you. somehow it seemed going for club and school trainings last year was somewhat easier. but then, it's all in the mind i guess. on a side note, i'm pretty happy with the majority of the year 1s. most of them are picking up the game very quickly.
other than that, i have no other things to blog about. sad but true, rugby has pretty much taken over my social life. hahah oh well. guess it's just another sacrifice for the greater goal. and i set that goal a looooooooong time ago.
cheers
Mitchell. 19-going-on-20, was once the world's biggest moron. Likes sports, especially rugby, soccer and basketball. Also pool, but some people don't consider that a sport. Hates studying, not academically inclined. RP. Rugger. Slave to fate, just like everybody else in the world. That's it. I think.
Sometimes, love is like making a tackle in rugby.
You might tackle your opponent, but if you go in half-heartedly, you could hurt yourself, or your opponent.
If you don't give her all your heart, don't expect her to give you all her heart.
But if you never go in at all, you can't just expect the person to fall straight into your arms.
If you never tell her, how will she ever know?
So the best way is to always go in hard.
Maybe the only way to ever succeed in love is to always give it your everything.
But sometimes you go in hard and miss anyway.
So don't expect it to always work out.
