hey all. finally finished the painting of the house. mum's room is spectrum red, dressing area is orange paste, and the store room is beige. all paints and colors sponsored by Nippon Paint Pte Ltd. and that hardware shop in simpang. but i can't remember the name off the top of my head. some chinese name i think.
anyway, i wanted to blog. but that now that i'm here typing all this, i can't remember what exactly i was aiming to blog about. hmm.
seems like quite a few people are switching to livejournal. i'll be loyal and old-school and stick to blogger. hahah. if blogger closes down, perhaps i'll keep a diary. and if i lose that, maybe i'll paint hieroglyphics on my walls. =)
seems that i'm rather addicted to alexisonfire, saosin, korn and skindred these past few days. screamo, scream/emo, heavy nu-metal, ragga-punk metal. hmm. wierd. as is my taste in music. by the way, it's spoken as
alexis-on-fire, not alex-is-on-fire, and
say-oh-sin, not sao-sin.
and as i reach the end of this post, i realize that it's actually quite random. probably comes with watching the lighting flashes while smoking and trying to blog at the same time. or perhaps it's another side of the new me. along with the use of fullstops/periods. like this one. =)

You might tackle your opponent, but if you go in half-heartedly, you could hurt yourself, or your opponent.
If you don't give her all your heart, don't expect her to give you all her heart.
But if you never go in at all, you can't just expect the person to fall straight into your arms.
If you never tell her, how will she ever know?
So the best way is to always go in hard.
Maybe the only way to ever succeed in love is to always give it your everything.
But sometimes you go in hard and miss anyway.
So don't expect it to always work out.
