well, i guess if i thought i could escape the battlefield of classroom politics for a few months i was damn wrong...
been back to NCC for the past couple of days...and already i'm knee-deep in the crap again...not to say NCC is crap...it's a fun CCA, 1 of the few things in my life i don't regret...it's just that the constant manuvers some people just pull to out-do others is just plain sickening at times...here we are, guard of honour contingent for CCA fair and speech day, supposedly part of the toughest uniformed group in secondary schools, and juniors to the men in green who defend our shores, and yet we're arguing over petty squabbles and disagreements...
and the best part...I'M NOT EVEN A FUCKING CLT YET...god only knows how much more crap there will be once i get the white stripes...no more just avoiding the problems, i'll be in the thick of it...haiz...i swear to god it's just so childish and irritating at times...
today didn't really do much...went training, then dinner at simpang with alyssa, nadiah, zakiah, joe, dy, aldie, bullu and chinhan...after that met jj, dave, thomas and gabriel at dalu area...now back home...
revenge may be sweet, but it's also fucking tiring...
and i'm just getting somewhat exhausted...
cheers
Mitchell. 19-going-on-20, was once the world's biggest moron. Likes sports, especially rugby, soccer and basketball. Also pool, but some people don't consider that a sport. Hates studying, not academically inclined. RP. Rugger. Slave to fate, just like everybody else in the world. That's it. I think.
Sometimes, love is like making a tackle in rugby.
You might tackle your opponent, but if you go in half-heartedly, you could hurt yourself, or your opponent.
If you don't give her all your heart, don't expect her to give you all her heart.
But if you never go in at all, you can't just expect the person to fall straight into your arms.
If you never tell her, how will she ever know?
So the best way is to always go in hard.
Maybe the only way to ever succeed in love is to always give it your everything.
But sometimes you go in hard and miss anyway.
So don't expect it to always work out.
